Combining omics and AI to decipher protein interactomes associated with the development of drug resistance
Protein-protein interactions are crucial for translating the genome into biological traits. In drug resistance, changes in these interactions play a key role in developing resistant phenotypes. However, examining the vast range of potential interactions remains challenging, especially from an experimental perspective.
This project aims to address this problem computationally by combining omics data from drug resistance studies with advanced protein structure prediction models. By using structural models to validate omics findings, we will provide a valuable resource and generate hypotheses to help further research in overcoming drug resistance.
