EMBL’s Open Science Policy requires open practices that encourage researchers to share findings and data openly. We develop training resources to equip researchers with essential skills for embracing EMBL’s Open Science Policy.

As a part of EMBL’s open science roadmap, we monitoring mechanisms track progress and inform improvements. Together with the Open Science Policy, a Responsible Research Assessment frameworks prioritize research quality over publication venue, incentivizing openness and innovation.

EMBL’s grassroots initiatives are open to anyone at EMBL, and draw from the researcher’s expertise to inform open science implementation and training.
