The Dorrity and Stegle labs are seeking a postdoc to work on an exciting project at the interface of single cell genomics and computational biology. We apply single-cell genomics to assay the impact of environmental factors on Zebrafish development at fine-grained temporal and cellular resolution, which will allow to model the the timing of gene regulation using mechanistic and causal inference approaches.
