The FCF provides instrumentation, education, and expertise for all flow cytometry needs. We encourage you to explore our services and contact us for any inquiries.

Besides common wet lab equipment, the FCF houses an Attune NxT benchtop analyzer (4 lasers), a BD FACSARIA Fusion cell sorter in a BSL-2 hood (5 lasers), a BD FACSMelody cell sorter (3 lasers), and a Chromium Controller from 10X Genomics for single cell profiling.

Analyzers and sorters are available for self-service use after operator training has been successfully completed. Assisted services are offered for non-trained users upon request. All services can be booked directly by registered users via our online booking system here.

A wide range of applications including gene reporter assays, single cell cloning, gene expression analysis, multicolor cell immunophenotyping, cell cycle analysis, intracellular signaling analysis, cytokine production, etc, may be performed.
