Our latest collaboration with Sarah Offley and Alessandro Gardini group from the Wistar Institute provides new insights into the structure and function of the previously uncharacterized protein associated with the Integrator complex. We used functional genomics to show that INTS15 is a core component of the Integrator complex and AlphaFold2 to model its association with other Integrator proteins.
