The LCS SPIM is a compact light-sheet microscope designed to scan large optically cleared samples. Samples can be fit in three cuvette sizes -from [20 mm × 20 mm × 20 mm] up to [100 mm x 30 mm x 30 mm] (l × w × h)- allowing imaging from organs to organisms.
LCS SPIM is an inverted setup with dual-side illumination and an extended field of view (FOV). It has the option of de-striping and also a TAG lens to get a uniform light-sheet across the FOV.
The LuxBundle processing software allows stitching and processing data from large cleared samples.
