Joining the lab

Are you interested in working on projects to gain insight into mechanisms involved in building the nervous system?

Currently, there are opportunities to join our research group as a postdoctoral researcher, PhD student, or master’s student.

Applicants for postdoctoral positions

Strong research experience in one or more of the following areas is required: microscopy imaging, molecular biology, genetics, genomics, and transcriptomics. The successful candidate will take a strong lead on the project and start developing independent ideas. Candidates interested in working on interdisciplinary projects as joint members of other EMBL groups are encouraged to get in touch with suggestions of project directions.

Applicants for PhD or Master positions

Students will have the opportunity to develop and employ imaging, genetics, genomics and molecular approaches to answer fundamental questions in neurodevelopmental biology.
