Biography

Károly Erdős is a software developer in the Unified Submission Interface (USI) team. He is a full stack web developer, mainly focusing on the back-end development. For the USI project he oversees the whole biological data submission pipeline, with special emphasis over the metadata validation systems and file upload services.

Károly joined EMBL-EBI in April 2017, after several years experience as a software developer for the Wellcome Sanger Insitute which he joined in 2012.
