Barcelona is a highly visited destination for tourists and hosts many events and conferences all year around. We would highly recommend issuing bookings as soon as you know the date(s) of your trip, especially for big events or during high season (March/April – October/November). Please bear in mind that prices may differ accordingly to the season and amount of rooms booked (in which case, you may have to negotiate the price).
Most of the hotels accept pre-booking until a certain date without paying for a deposit. After that date, and/or depending on the numbers of rooms requested, you may be required to pay a certain percentage of the total amount in advance in order for the hotel to hold your booking.
